Strengthening compliance awareness and quality foundations
Recently, Dahua Pharmaceutical organized a special training on Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) for pharmaceuticals, with a total of 96 employees participating. The training aims to comprehensively deepen employees’ understanding of GMP and improve their practical application capabilities, so as to optimize the operational efficiency of the company’s quality management system.
To ensure the effectiveness of the training, multiple departments of the company collaborated in advance on planning. Closely aligned with core GMP regulations and actual job requirements, the training covers key modules including document management, quality control and production management. A special session on Good Pharmacovigilance Practice (GVP) was newly added to keep pace with industry trends, realizing "training tailored to actual needs". During the session, an innovative teaching model combining case studies, practical illustrations and interactive Q&A was adopted. Real cases and intuitive diagrams facilitated easy comprehension. Trainers provided targeted responses to questions raised by employees concerning their specific job scenarios, ensuring the implementation of the principle of "applying what has been learned".
The training has greatly strengthened all employees’ professional knowledge of GMP requirements and awareness of standardized operations, and built a consensus within the company that "quality is the lifeline of an enterprise". Going forward, Dahua Pharmaceutical will continue to update training content and innovate training methods, steadily improving employees’ professional competence and quality management capabilities. This will lay a solid foundation for strengthened quality management and provide strong support for the sustainable and sound development of the enterprise.
