All middle-level cadres of Dahua Pharmaceutical sign the assessment responsibility agreement
To strengthen internal control and improve the work efficiency and quality of middle-level cadres, Dahua Pharmaceutical has signed a 2016 assessment responsibility agreement with all middle-level cadres. Clear assessment indicators have been established for the six-month work content, and the assessment of middle-level cadres has been improved.
Dahua Pharmaceutical attaches great importance to the assessment of middle-level cadres, and holds regular cadre assessment meetings with relevant personnel every year to conduct qualitative scoring and evaluation of all middle-level cadres.
Compared with previous years, the formulation of this assessment responsibility letter not only focuses on qualitative assessments such as ideological construction, personal style, and team collaboration, but also sets different assessment priorities for middle-level cadres according to their different work tasks. A quantitative scoring system has been used to supplement the assessment content for the main work, work objectives, and completion progress within the past six months. A middle-level cadre assessment responsibility letter that combines quantitative and qualitative methods has been established using quantitative assessment indicators that are more in line with actual work.
It is reported that the results of the assessment are linked to the performance bonuses of middle-level cadres, and will be directly fed back to the cadres themselves by department leaders. Dahua Company regards the assessment as an important basis for material rewards and the selection and appointment of cadres. The purpose is to strengthen the sense of responsibility and accountability of middle-level cadres, aiming to improve their own business level and management ability, clarify responsibilities, implement tasks, and promote the in-depth development of various work in the company.
