Guided by the spirit of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China and General Secretary Xi Jinping's important speeches on safety production, the conference conveyed and studied the spirit of the 2023 National Safety Television Conference and the Group Safety Work Conference. The general manager has put forward the following instructions based on the actual content of the company: Firstly, carrying out safety work and consolidating responsibility is the key. Department heads should raise their requirements for safety work, take the lead in fulfilling safety responsibilities, and strengthen and improve the responsibility system. 2、 Adhere to the red line awareness and establish bottom line thinking. The monthly departmental meeting should always remind employees to prioritize safety, work tirelessly, and achieve long-term success. 3、 Continuously improving the leading and promoting role of safety culture construction in safety management, and building a long-term mechanism for safety production.

To promote safety work to a new level, we have formulated a work plan for the next quarter: 1. Strengthen safety training. Firmly establish the awareness of "people-oriented" and "inadequate training is a major safety hazard", achieve normalization of safety training, standardization of content, and diversification of methods. 2、 Effectively implement safety hazard investigation and management. To prevent potential risks from escalating, we organize all employees to carry out the "Find Hidden Hazards, Take Photos on Site" activity, internalize safety awareness in our hearts and actions, eliminate risks and hidden dangers from the smallest details, and jointly build a safety "firewall". 3、 Take preventive warning measures and strengthen the foundation of emergency response.
