From June 25th to 28th, a team of four experts from Shanghai Enkee Certification Co., Ltd. conducted an external audit of Dahua Pharmaceutical's three systems. All departments fully cooperated to ensure the smooth progress of the audit work.   

The three systems are ISO 9001 quality management system, ISO 14001 environmental management system, and ISO 45001 occupational health and safety management system. The implementation of ISO standards in enterprises plays an important role in optimizing the internal quality structure, strengthening quality management, reducing costs and increasing efficiency, energy conservation and emission reduction, and ensuring the health and safety of employees. This audit is a re certification of the quality management system and environmental management system, as well as a supervision audit of the occupational health and safety management system.

The audit team experts worked together to conduct comprehensive inspections on document management and quality assurance, identification and evaluation of environmental factors, identification, assessment, and control of hazards. They also conducted on-site inspections of the quality control department, production workshops, and warehouse areas to determine whether they were equipped with safety and emergency facilities and equipment, the operation and recording of facilities and equipment, and took samples for sample testing. The members of the expert group provided valuable opinions on the current operation of the company's three systems, and also affirmed the operation of Dahua Pharmaceutical's quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management system. They believe that the company's management system has significantly improved compared to previous years, and hope to actively implement rectification measures for inspection issues and continuously improve the ISO system management level in future work. Finally, the expert group unanimously confirmed that the company's three systems meet the certification requirements and operate effectively. Dahua Pharmaceutical has successfully passed the re certification of quality and environmental management systems and the supervision and audit requirements of occupational health and safety management systems.

Looking ahead to the future, the company will take this management system certification as an opportunity, combined with the company's new situation, new tasks, and new requirements, to continue to promote the effective operation of the quality, environment, and occupational health and safety management system. Through active promotion, operation inspection, and continuous improvement, the company will continuously enhance the quality, safety, environmental protection, and occupational health awareness of all employees, standardize various management behaviors, and lay a solid foundation for the company's sustainable and healthy development.
